Combination of aerobic conditioning, strengthening exercise, core and flexibility work to give you a complete body overhaul each and every week - and help you get your best results. No prior experience needed - we'll teach you the basics and work with your technique from the beginning.

Cost  
Classes are offered in:
      3 session/week x 4 week blocks (12 workouts) for $210 ($17.50 per class)

   Normal discounts are available :
      Prepay 2 months (5% off total)
      Prepay 3 months (10% off total)
      Prepay 6 months (15% off total)

Class Details

When:  Monday Wed Friday: 6:00am-7:00am (MIXED)
            Monday Wed Thursday: 6:00pm-7:00pm
            Women's Only Bootcamp
            Monday Wed Friday 7:15am-8:15am and 9:30am-10:30am
* Note: Classes will only run with a minimum number of participants. Register early and get your friends to join too
 to ensure your chosen time will be available!

Where
Prince Alfred Park, corner Cleveland and Chalmers Streets, Surry Hills.
   NB: Parking is available in side streets, mostly in the mornings. There is plentiful public transport with bus, train and light rail links minutes away. The park is well lit early mornings and evenings.
Walking/jogging to and from the camps is the best option!
