Andrew has been an avid health and fitness guru for the last 18 years. From early teen years misspent in health food stores and bodybuilding books keeping up with the latest in training and nutrition, through to two degrees covering biochemistry, exercise and physiology - Andrew is a passionate and dedicated professional.
With a goal to have his own group of exercise studios utilising the latest science and equipment for peak physical health (weight management, abundant energy, nutrition for performance), Andrew continues to improve and upgrade his and his trainers' skills to achieve top results for clients.
Andrew's motto for training is featured throughout this site : "Get active, live healthy, love life", meaning that you put in the hard work with training and nutrition most of the time so that you can enjoy every moment of your life to its fullest.
Rebecca Lewis

Rebecca is a personal trainer and teacher from the UK. Her interest in sports and fitness started at a young age when she played Netball at primary school. She continued to represent her school at sports and also swimming and dancing in her spare time, specialising in Ballet until the age of 18. When she moved to New Zealand she took up running and competed in a mix of distances between 5km and half marathons. At University she took up Korfball which lead to her securing a place in the International team, representing Wales in several competitions, beating Australia in the London Korfball Commonwealths. She continues to develop her interests and knowledge in fitness and nutrition taking part in further training and classes.

Recently participated in a transformation program run by Life Active and DNA Magazine. As a result of going to regular weight training and also participating in the boot camps run by Life Active, he lost 13 kilos, 10% body fat and 22 cm around his waist. “I realise now how important it is to lead an active healthy lifestyle and have regained a passion in keeping fit. The outcome means you are more clearly focussed in the rest of your life. I am now honoured to be able to pass what I have learned to others at boot camp and spur them also on to an active healthy lifestyle."
